Terms of Service
These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Schemava plugin (the “Software”), sold by Asim M Al Twijry (“we”, “us”), based in Buraydah, Saudi Arabia. By purchasing or using the Software you agree to these Terms.
Schemava is built specifically for FilamentPHP panels and is not a generic Laravel admin panel package.
1. License
On payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software in applications that you own or develop. You may use it in an unlimited number of such projects.
2. Restrictions
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or publish the Software or its source code as a standalone product.
- You may not remove or alter any copyright, license, or proprietary notices.
- The Software is proprietary and is not open-source; only paying license holders may obtain it.
3. Updates & support
Your purchase includes one (1) year of updates and email support from the date of purchase. After that period the Software continues to work; renewing access unlocks subsequent releases. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis at support@hsb.dev.
4. Payments
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes (including VAT). Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Customer data responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Schemava complies with applicable privacy, data protection, consent, retention, and sensitive-data laws.
7. Acceptable use
Customers may not use Schemava for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, unauthorized data access, credential harvesting, surveillance, spam, or prohibited high-risk activities.
8. AI-assisted generation
If AI-assisted form generation is enabled, customers are responsible for reviewing generated content before use and for ensuring it is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and appropriate for their use case.
9. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain ours. This license does not transfer ownership.
10. Third-party marks
All third-party product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are property of their respective owners.
Schemava is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FilamentPHP, SurveyJS, or Devsoft Baltic OÜ. FilamentPHP and SurveyJS are trademarks of their respective owners. Schemava exports SurveyJS-compatible JSON and does not include SurveyJS Creator, SurveyJS PDF Generator, or SurveyJS Dashboard.
11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
