If the plugin doesn't work as described or isn't right for your project, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No complicated conditions.
How to request a refund
Email support@hsb.dev from the address used at purchase, including your order number (from your Paddle receipt). We'll confirm and process the refund.
How refunds are issued
Purchases are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Upon refund, your license is revoked and access to the private package repository ends.
After 14 days
Beyond the 14-day window we generally don't offer refunds, but if something is genuinely broken, contact us — we'll make it right.
